PJT Partners Holdings LP seeks VP, Strategic Advisory in NY, NY, to evaluate, structure, and recommend financial and strategic alternatives, including analysis of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic combinations, asset sales, and divestitures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Economics or related field and 5 years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or related occupation: conducting quantitative analysis of information for developing investment and capital allocation solutions. 3 years of experience must include: utilizing Investment Banking experience. FINRA Certifications Series 79 & Series 63 required. 10-20% travel, national & international required. Spanish or Portuguese proficiency required.
40 hours/week. Telecommuting and/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to worksite.
