PJT Partners Holdings LP seeks Director, Private Capital Solutions in NY, NY, to lead advisory & execution of secondary transactions for financial sponsors/General Partners ("GP") across broad range of strategic transactions, including continuation funds, fund restructurings, & tender offers, as well as other private market liquidity solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance or related field & 6 years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or related occupation: utilizing experience in financial services including private equity, investment banking or investment research. In alternative, business will accept Master's in one of above-listed fields & 4 years of experience in above listed skills.
Telecommuting &/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. FINRA Series SIE required. FINRA Series 7 required. FINRA Series 79 required. FINRA Series 63 required.
