Full Time Associate, Corp Fin Senior Associate w/ BNP Paribas Securities Corp. in NY, NY. Prep pitch books under the supervision of the Managing Director, Director, & VP, including presentations & proposing first drafts of selected slides & sections based on outlines made by Managing Director, Director, & VP.
Position requires a Bachelor's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Finance, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field & 4 years of experience in job offered or related role. Must have 4 years of experience with: MS Office tools, FactSet, Bloomberg, & other information databases; Knowledge of accounting, financial, & valuation techniques; Experience in modeling (DDM, multiples, basic LBO model, basic merger model, & valuation analyses; & experience with cash flow techniques & procedures.
Must have 1 year of experience in: FIC Advisory Sector, particularly in the Euro FIC landscape; Experience with structuring solutions in various transactions; Experience with major legal & tax issues/documentation on various types of transactions; & experience with process & key steps for major types of transactions.
*Telecommuting permitted 20%: work may be performed in any location in the U.S. 10% of international travel to Europe required.
