Linklaters LLP seeks Partner, M&A in NY, NY to lead & manage corp. team along with other partners in group, providing strategic direction & mentoring junior lawyers.
Requirements:
- LLM or foreign equivalent
- 8 years of progressively responsible experience at international law firm
- Practicing corporate M&A law
- Advising financial sponsors, sovereign wealth funds & large US & non-US corporations on all aspects of M&A, joint ventures, & investment transactions
- Must be admitted to practice law in NYS
Telecommuting &/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. Base salary range offered for this role will be between $650,000 & $800,000, 40 hrs/wk & represents firm's good faith & reasonable estimate of range of possible compensation at time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, candidate's relevant experience, performance, qualifications, as well as needs of firm. Total compensation package for this position may include discretionary bonuses & other benefits.
