Work within our protein perfection, QC, & logistics group within the Protein Therapeutics Department. Requires Master degree or foreign equivalent in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field + 2 years of experience in antibody perfection & Quality Control analysis. Alternative employment will accept Bachelor degree in above-listed fields + 4 years of experience in antibody perfection & Quality Control analysis. Must have full term of experience with the following: direct industry experience in purifying & characterizing a variety of recombinant proteins, particularly monoclonal antibodies & next generation biologics (e.g., bispecific antibodies, immunocytokines); hands-on experience in antibody perfection techniques including affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion, hydrophobic interaction chromatography using Akta Avant/Pure or BioRad NGC; proficiency with various analytical protein characterization techniques such as SEC-HPLC or UHPLC, SDS-PAGE, Endosafe; proficiency in editing & writing AKTA methods using Unicorn Software; & ability to analyze & present experimental data with proper Software & other necessary tools.
