Lead multi-disciplinary team across eyewear and eye care for domestic and international operations to improve product design, optimize production processes, and support launch of new products designed for ophthalmic professionals, optical retailers, and healthcare distributors. Review non-conforming reports and rectify issues and respond back with corrective action and prevention reports. Work with regulatory team to ensure products compliance and other duties.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, engineering management, or related field and five years of experience in the optical supply field within a verified accredited wholesale distributors certified facility. Will also accept master's degree in manufacturing engineering, engineering management, or related field and 3 years qualifying experience. All qualifying experience must include additional special requirements.
