Provide professional coverage of Technology Support Helpdesk with a specific focus on PLC-controlled machines & subsystems or control systems based on C/C++ programming languages.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field + 5 years of professional experience. Must have at least 3 years of experience with the following: ability to code in at least one language; advanced level experience programming PLC and/or troubleshooting PLC ladder logic. Must have 2 years of experience with the following: experience reading, reviewing, & interpreting electrical schematics & network drawings. Must have 1 year of experience with the following: customer support and/or customer facing experience. Up to 10% domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted 2 times/week. If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S.
