Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, a related field or foreign equivalent, followed by 3 years of experience as Project Engineer, or equivalent role.
3 years of experience must include: Coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop production process including project timelines, cost quotes, and deliverables; Executing strategic project plans, including designing shipment logistics program, product process quality controls, and inventory management systems in the retail merchandise fixtures and packaging industry; Implementing project management methodologies to optimize workflows and improve efficiency, using Agile and Waterfall; Developing risk management strategies in the industry, including component shortages and logistics delays; Conducting quality control checks, including defective displays.
Domestic travel required 2 times per year to various unanticipated worksite locations for visits to client sites; International travel required 3 times per year for client meetings.
