• Represent PSG as a core team member on both existing and new products
• Lead installation and serviceability discussions as part of design reviews, develop a FRU strategy and project manage field upgrades.
• Work with the field team and engineering (SW and HW) on field issues and escalations to identify root cause/corrective actions in both the field and factory.
• Participate in new product team meetings
• Work with design engineering to design in serviceability (DFS)
• Support system install requirements and work with install coordinator on required tools and resources
• Manage training to Teradyne field service engineers
• Develop support documentation
• Monitor system and new product reliability
• Generate reliability reports based on field issues
• Assist with finding root cause to increase system uptime
