Duties: Manage delivery commitment expectations using understanding of customer demand outlook. Oversee delivery execution of customer orders and manage commitment risks. Conduct customer forecast demand analysis, track and analyze demand changes, and report out data to both internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to support customer requirements. Measure business performance and drive corrective actions to ensure ZT meets or exceeds customer service requirements. Independently resolve issues, using escalations when appropriate.
