AlixPartners, LLP seeks a L&TD Learner Experience Senior Coordinator (VP, Corporate Services) in New York, NY.
Duties: Responsible for attracting, developing and retaining talent in support of our global strategy. Play a key role in the delivery of training programs, act in an expert capacity in operationalizing the Firm's initiatives and programs, work internally with the Recruiting team to schedule and plan for specific training programs, and work with key stakeholders to ascertain areas of focus, primarily junior talent, for future programming. Solicit the views of key stakeholders across AlixPartners to understand priority learning & training needs. Facilitate AlixPartners's Consulting Acceleration Program (CAP), which is an award-winning program designed to train staff in the AlixPartners way of consulting. Facilitate AlixPartners's Ascend program, which is designed to assist our newly hired consultants to both launch and develop their careers. Aid in the assessment process of current offerings in terms of effectiveness in meeting AlixPartners's needs. Aid in the assessment of the revolving market for learning and training solutions. Aid in evaluating and identifying the solutions that are most aligned to AlixPartners's needs.
Telecommuting permitted within MSA. $70,000 to $140,000 per year.
