Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field + 3 years of related experience required. ADP will also accept a master's degree + 2 years of related experience. 2 years of experience must include: Product Design Cycle understanding & oversight; Prototyping capabilities for UI/UX visualization; A/B Test methodology for interface optimization; Data Analysis for user interaction metrics & performance evaluation; WCAG 2.1/2.2, including how to implement in an app; Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) & how they interact with React apps; Atomic design principles & component composition in Design Systems; React development & app lifecycles in Single-Page-Apps; & State Management via tech including Redux.
Annual base salary range for this position is $102,939 to $190,200.
