Duties: Accelerate and improve research workflows for systematic trading desks. Partner with quant researchers to understand their use cases, workflows and needs. Apply this understanding to drive short and long-term technical requirements for the research platform. Collaborate with other technology teams to understand existing research tools and frameworks in use by systematic trading desks. Contribute to decisions to generalize, reuse and integrate components into centralized research platform. Design, develop and maintain services, APIs and frameworks to support systematic trading research. Give support to teammates through code reviews, design discussions and Agile methodologies. Telecommuting is permitted. Wage Range: $150,000-$250,000 per year.
