Duties: Serve as the primary interface between New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Managers and manufacturing quality teams. Coordinate manufacturing quality preparation activities and collaborate with manufacturing quality teams and engineering teams to develop implementation timelines. Drive manufacturing engineering and manufacturing management to ensure equipment, training, and documentation plans are in place to support pre-production and production builds. Assess, analyze, consolidate, and communicate risk & status clearly and succinctly. Participate as the MQE (Manufacturing Quality Engineering) representative in DFx (Design for x: Design for Manufacturability, Design for Quality, etc.), PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) golden server sample build, BOM (Bill of Materials) verification, and production change control board reviews for new SKUs (Stock Keeping Units). Coordinate pilot build audits for new SKUs with NPI (New Product Introduction) Team and Manufacturing Engineering. Drive quality responsibilities related to new technology deployment in manufacturing. Drive manufacturing leadership and engineering teams to prepare for new customer enablement activities. Identify key program quality issues and present options for resolution. Author project status, summary, and issue resolution tracking reports. Participate in Manufacturing Quality Interlock meetings to share project status and lessons learned with manufacturing leadership. 40 hours/week, $129,251 – $140,000 per year.
