Bobst North America, Inc. seeks a Field Service Senior Technician in Parsippany, NJ, to provide mentorship to their colleagues, and teach them how to use the machines and maintain them. Provide feedback to the hiring manager. Mentor and a teacher but does not have managerial powers. Train and supervise Apprentices, Trainees and Technicians and excels across all Bobst Performance Values. Handle all aspects of new and used equipment installations, instruct customer personnel, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machines sold and serviced by Bobst Group North America. Repair and installation of new machines; relocation of existing equipment, customer training, preventive maintenance, productivity improvement programs; ordering parts necessary to perform installations and repairs; troubleshoot mechanical and/or electrical problems and proactively recommend the necessary service and maintenance programs. Wage salary: $81,598.00 to $100,500.00
Telecommuting is permitted. Requires 90% Domestic Travel.
