Jobs Finance Corporate Action Analyst Corporate Action Analyst HRT, LLC location New York, NY, USA : 1/3/2026 Finance Full Time Corporate Action Analyst- New York, NY- Collaborate with counterparties to settle corporate action proceeds from fails & stock loan borrow contracts, manage & communicate risk around events & liaise with our Algo, Compliance, & Ops teams to optimize processes. Administer, test, & implement corporate action databases, applying knowledge of database management systems & data analysis. Implement enhancements to posttrade platforms & databases utilizing Linux operating system. Utilize distributed, scalable analytical tools & distribution systems to support posttrade reporting & integration of trading data. Statistical & financial engineering techniques to analyze posttrade data & utilize SQL & relational databases to identify issues & perform root cause analysis on problematic corporate action processing to increase attention. Utilize risk management systems & financial models to analyze corporate action events from external data sources while verifying the technical & mathematical accuracy of data. Identify & review stock & cash reconciliation discrepancies, & ensure issues properly resolved.
Requirements: Master's (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Asset Management, Financial Math, Finance, Statistics, or closely related field, plus 6 months of experience in the position offered, Quantitative Finance Analyst, Trader, US Equity & ETF, or related experience. All required experience must have included: analyzing transaction data, settlement risk, clearing, trade reconciliations, securities borrowing & complex lending. Developing automation scripts using Python & SQL to monitor trading strategies, daily trade positions & P&L. Experience with DTC & OCC portals. Debugging queries & scripts to automate operational tasks. Experience with Corporate Action & dividend processing. Employer will accept any amount of professional experience with the required skills.
