Duties: Solve complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. [15%] Influence department strategy by making decisions on moderately complex and complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. [15%] Communicate with senior and executive leadership. [5%] Establish data pipelines from customer data sources. [15%] Support business partner needs with complex DAX and Power BI Dataflows. [10%] Take ownership of entire life cycle for building Business Intelligence dashboards that directly support business strategy stakeholders. This includes gathering business requirements, building data pipelines using SAS, SQL, Python, and MS Azure, building dashboards visualizations using Power BI, and presenting results to leadership. [20%] Perform advanced data extraction, preprocessing, validation, and analysis of complex data sets in various tech platforms. [5%] Collaborate across various teams to identify and implement business requirements, and also understand data source nuances. [10%] Adhere to Humana enterprise best-practice standards for data processing, peer review, project management/communication, and Humana's business/cultural values. [5%]
