Research complaints and make necessary adjustments and recommendations to resolve complex software related issues. Develop web services. Participate in design and code reviews to maintain our high development standards. Ensure high quality software through adherence to Test Driven Development (TDD) as the foundation of development. Troubleshoot business and production issues by gathering information and performing root cause analysis to prevent future occurrence of issues. Engage support teams to assist in the resolution of issues, formulate an action plan, perform actions as designated in the plan, and interpret the results to determine further action.
