Duties: Collaborate effectively across multiple IT teams, external strategic vendors, and a broad group of user stakeholder groups. Oversee Operational Excellence for all new functionality, applications, projects and changes impacting 30+ applications. Partner with multiple software development areas to advance modernization and cloud transformation. Lead development and execution of departmental strategic plans and objectives including budget, resources, resiliency, productivity, and other operational priorities. Leading and driving teams to a resolution path on major applications impacting events. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 25-35 associates and contractors both onshore and offshore. This role is responsible for managing subordinates in the following roles: Lead Application Architect, Senior Technology Leadership Professional, Lead Technology Leadership Professional, Senior Problem, Incident and Event Management Engineer, Lead Problem Incident & Event Management, Onshore Contractors, and Offshore Contractors. 100% telecommuting permitted within the U.S.
