Requirements:
Requires MS (US or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field & 5 years of experience in position offered or in a related role OR BS (US or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field & 8 years of experience in position offered or in a related role.
All required experience must have included:
- Providing sell-side & buy-side advice on mergers & acquisitions deals in the technology, media, & telecommunications industry
- Executing equity & debt deals in the technology, media, & telecommunications industry
- Performing financial valuation, discounted cash flow, pro forma merger, precedent transaction, & comparable companies analysis in the technology, media, & telecommunications industry
- Developing client relationships in the technology, media, & telecommunications industry
- Preparing pitch books & live deal materials, including memo, confidential information memo, management presentations, lender presentations, & prospectuses
- Analyzing & conducting due diligence related to detailed corporate & financial information
FINRA Series 63 & Series 79 licenses required.
