Nomura Securities International, Inc. (San Francisco, CA) seeks Sr Advisor, Retail Investment Banking to identify new client & transaction opportunities & lead deal execution process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
- 2 years experience in position offered or as Investment Banking Analyst or Associate
- Required experience must include creating complex financial modeling & valuation analysis including DCF, precedent transactions, accretion/dilution models, comparable company analysis, LBOs & sum of the parts analysis on various investment banking engagements
- Covers wide array of products including buy-side & sell-side M&A advisory, leveraged finance & debt & equity capital raises, IPOs, spin-offs/divestitures & shareholder/board advisory
- Managing due diligence process including preparation of data room materials & aggregating necessary data across various functions of firm
- Working with companies in coverage areas including consumer services, tech & financial sponsors
- Negotiating various legal documents including NDAs, credit agreements, engagement letters, sale & purchase agreements
- Creating pitch books that propose complex transaction structures to increase shareholder value including optimal structuring for M&A transactions, divestitures & combination analysis
Additional Details:
- Domestic travel required approximately 10% of time for client meetings
