Nomura Securities International, Inc. (San Francisco, CA) seeks Sr Advisor, Retail Investment Banking to work closely with clients & execution teams on live transactions including M&As, divestitures, capital raisings, financings & derivative transactions.
Requirements:
- MS in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
- 1 year experience in position offered or as Investment Banking Analyst or Associate at global investment bank
- Experience must include originating & executing various investment banking solutions including advisory, ECM, Leveraged Finance, DCM & Structured Products transactions
- Performing due diligence, research, financial analysis & documentation of transactions
- Working on M&As, private placements & project finance
- Experience with Consumer Retail, Tech & Financial sectors
- Building valuation models including comparable companies, precedent transactions, accretion/dilution, leveraged buyout & DCF analysis models
- Using Bloomberg Terminal, Fact Set, S&P Cap IQ Pro & 451 Market Intelligence, Pitchbook, Refinitiv (LSEG), Reuters trading platform, Python, VBA, Tableau, E-views & Stata
