Must have Master of Architecture, 4 yrs relevant architectural design exp, and required skills. In the alternative, must have Bachelor of Architecture, 6 yrs relevant architectural design exp, and required skills.
Required skills (4 years exp) in sustainable design; (2 yrs exp) in design and documentation of mixed-use Multifamily projects; construction administration project phase (incl submittal review, RFI investigation and response, and site observation); building and practice area codes (incl IBC, NFPA 101, ANSI, ADA, FHA and BOMA guidelines) and (1 yr exp) in coordinating with relevant regulatory/gov authorities to achieve entitlement approvals related to zoning and building; energy modeling; AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Cove Tool, MS Office Suite, Newforma Project Center, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, InDesign, Illustrator, and Bluebeam.
