This position is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams & vendors to define, design & deliver new products, tech solutions, & enhancements that work cohesively & meet the needs of the company, its clients, & the end users.
This position requires at a minimum, a U.S. Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related Engineering fields & five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. This position also requires experience with ergonomics & scaling enterprise digital platforms within service-industry & healthcare contexts, including complex systems integrations & compliance-driven workflows; experience applying process optimization methodologies, including Six Sigma principles, to improve operational efficiency & systems performance; experience designing end-to-end digital ecosystems that connect operational, financial, & compliance processes into unified user & systems experiences; experience supporting AI-enabled workforce & analytics solutions, including predictive insights & organization strategies. Position is 100% work from home in any U.S. state.
