Hybrid work schedule may be permitted, in accordance with company policies; 40 hrs/week.
REQUIREMENTS: Must have 5 years experience in real property recruitment industry in job or related. Must have 5 years recruitment agency experience with: identifying potential clients and driving new business within multifamily, affordable housing, and real estate development sectors in NYC; Placing candidates with LIHTC deals & projects and business developing clients who specialize in LIHTC development. 10% domestic travel required to various and unanticipated company and client sites.
