Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field of study plus 5 years experience in talent development, learning and development, employee engagement, or organizational effectiveness within a global high tech, semiconductor, or manufacturing business environment. Alternatively, may have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field of study plus 5 years experience in talent development, learning and development, employee engagement, or organizational effectiveness within a global high tech, semiconductor, or manufacturing business environment. Hybrid schedule (2 days/week WFH). Eligible for employee referral program.
