Responsibilities: Schedules & facilitates scrum team meetings (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review Demo, Sprint Retro) & reinforces best practices to drive continuous improvement. Holds multiple teams to defined standards for story definition & ensures consistency across the portfolio. Servant Leader to Teams with focus on developing other Scrum Masters & Agile leaders. Eligible to telecommute 2-3 days/week from home office within 1 hr commuting distance of Boston.
Requirements: Bachelor's in Project Management, IT Management, Quantitative Economics, or related field with coursework that includes quantitative & qualitative knowledge, skills, tools, & technology. Experience must include 4 years Agile delivery utilizing Scrum, Kanban or SAFe frameworks and/or technical project delivery. Stated experience must include 3 years with the following: working with Agile project management software tools such as Jira and Confluence; leading Agile transformations & Scrum teams in enterprise environments; & Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum Master Certification (CSM). Must be willing to travel annually to Texas. International travel annually to UK office.
