Genzyme Corporation in Cambridge, MA seeks a Senior Medical Program Manager to support business-related initiatives for their assigned respective Therapeutic Area (TA); work closely with the Medical Program Lead (MPL) and TA Global Medical Team (GMT) to support the operational execution of lifecycle management related initiatives and projects, and on various launch deliverables; partner with respective Global Medical Directors to operationalize overall medical strategy, support all operational activities to ensure workflow and processes are efficient and compliant with internal SOPs and external guidelines; participate in the preparation of the global medical planning process by partnering with Sr. Program Manager to ensure weight of evidence alignment work and with Study Ops to advise on clinical feasibility and budgets, and to ensure overall alignment on Pre/Post-product launch aspects.
Travels to internal meetings globally ~1X/year, nationally ~2X/year and locally ~3X/year. Employer permits employees in this role to work remotely from their residence, part of their residence—part of the time, so long as that is within normal commuting distance or within the same metropolitan statistical area.
