Job duties include: Subject matter expert on the Stripe platform and provides deep technical expertise on Stripe integrations; Develop tools, processes, and documentation to scale team operations and build repeatable frameworks; Customer advocate and the voice of the customer back into Stripe engineering teams; Program manages and architects key customer initiatives centered around Stripe's software and services; Experienced with financial and payment processing systems and provides recommendations on the corresponding challenges that customers may face; Review code in Stripe's customer's primary deployment languages (including Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.); Manage critical and complex customer situations, including escalations and major incidents; and Consults with engineers, product managers, and other customer technical staff to plan and oversee technical quality of complex solutions end to end. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field plus 6 years of experience in a technical or engineering related role. 3 years of experience with customer-facing technical sales. 3 years of experience with troubleshooting and debugging customer integration issues. 3 years of experience with architecting solutions across multiple products and technical stacks. 2 years of experience with Python, Ruby, Javascript or Java. Domestic travel required up to 20% of the time.
