Technical Leadership & Architecture: Oversee the technical direction of projects and provide architectural guidance for system design and implementation; Establish best practices for coding standards, software design patterns, and system security; and Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and product roadmaps. Software Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient software components using best-in-class programming languages and frameworks; Ensure that solutions meet performance, reliability, and security benchmarks; and Engage in hands-on coding to build critical features and solve complex technical challenges. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineering teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables; Communicate technical requirements and constraints to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals; and Participate in technical discussions and provide expert insight to support cross-functional decision-making. Project Planning & Execution: Define project tasks and resource requirements in collaboration with engineering managers and other leads; Break down large initiatives into manageable work streams, ensuring clear ownership and timely delivery; and Track progress, resolve bottlenecks, and adjust priorities as needed to meet business objectives. Research & Innovation: Investigate emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
