Job Duties:
Play an instrumental role in the design and execution of the annual strategic planning process with broad-based advanced knowledge within the organization. Develop and plan the implementation of in-depth reviews, similar to management consulting engagements, of key business issues and the company's Strategic Plans. Develop presentations and tools to facilitate communication of findings and recommendations to internal and external audiences. Lead the design and delivery of key strategic initiatives identified by the Executive Leadership Team and provide recommendations for decision-making that affect sub-function, area(s), and/or team(s). Partner with CVP (Corporate Vice President) and LT (Leadership Team) on strategic communications and management processes. Manage processes for ELT (Executive Leadership Team) and Operations Committee forums (e.g., agendas, communications, outcomes, etc.). Design and lead organization-wide strategic summits to strengthen capabilities, foster collaboration, and unify strategic direction across the organization.
Requirements:
Wage Range: $173,900.00 - $295,400.00 per year
Employer will accept pre- and post-Master's degree experience; all experience must be post-Bachelor's degree.
Any and all experience can be gained concurrently.
Position requires 15% domestic and 5% international travel; expenses paid by employer.
