Meet with customers regarding their business processes and existing system architecture to assess their business' software needs and system requirements for ongoing and proposed projects. Analyze Odoo's clients' business process systems and operations, including accounting, operations, sales, inventory, purchasing, procurement, manufacturing and project management, recommending how the proprietary Odoo Enterprise Resource Planning ("ERP") systems can streamline, improve, and/or optimize the clients' business processes. Build and maintain sales pipelines to identify and drive opportunities for product expansion, which ultimately enhance revenue growth operations throughout North America. Prepare and deliver live product demonstrations using Odoo software and knowledge of business processes (e.g. accounting, inventory, sales, and manufacturing systems). Collaborate with customers to establish a tailored implementation package and drive all aspects of sale execution, from business case development, ROI analysis to pricing, and structuring contractual terms. Analyze Odoo's client business process systems and operations, including accounting, operations, sales, and inventory, recommending how the proprietary Odoo Enterprise Resource Planning ("ERP") systems can streamline, improve, and/or optimize the clients' processes. Perform strategic financial review for sales, gross profit, and quote (win/loss) trends. Develop and maintain a product development plan that enables Odoo to design their vision for product growth strategy in North America.
