Kroll, LLC seeks Senior Associate, Strategic Valuation Advisory in Sunnyvale, CA.
Duties: Work closely with clients and coworkers to formulate financial models to be used to advise on strategic valuations, inclusive of contingent assets and liabilities, intellectual property, guarantees and warranties, and intangible assets, among others. Program and run financial models and "what if" analyses and scenarios. Lead junior staff and integrate their work into a cohesive deliverable. Interview experts and perform industry research. Perform data analysis including the application of statistics, econometrics, probabilistic modeling, Monte Carlo simulation, and other quantitative modeling and analytics techniques. Write reports, make presentations and assist in group facilitation. Help prepare client proposals and develop new business. This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our Sunnyvale, CA office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.
