Requirements: Requires Bachelor in Statistics/Engineering/CS/Math/Data Analytics/related/equivalent. Requires 5 years management consulting experience in Life Sciences / pharma industry including 5 years: using understanding of pharma landscape, regulations & market trends; using Rx, sales data & reference data assets; data analytics & statistical programming like R, Python, Alteryx & SAS; managing consulting projects & cross-functional teams; creating PRM, Sales Force Sizing Structure, Incentive Design & Goal setting models for Sales Reps; develop prescriber targeting lists. Requires 25-35% US travel.
