Junior Engineer sought by Amerapex Corporation in Houston, TX, to support engineering design, documentation, & field execution of produced water & wastewater treatment projects across domestic & international sites.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field or foreign equivalent. 3 mos of engineering exp in water treatment, process design, or environmental remediation (internship or co-op exp acceptable). Proficiency in Spanish. Understanding of engineering documentation, mass balance calculations, & process flow. Knowledge of pump systems, filtration, & chemical dosing processes. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) for scheduling & reporting. Availability to travel for assignments that range between one day & two weeks at clients' sites throughout TX every week.
