Create 3D & 2D concepts & engineering specs for BMW components such as A/B/C/D Pillars, Dash, Frame Rails, Roof, Floor Crossmembers, Quarter Panels, etc. that meet cost, delivery, accuracy & quality targets.
Lead transition from task-based design activities to small-scale projects within discipline by monitoring & tracking progress of projects & handle any issues that arise. Mentor & train other associates. Will work in various unanticipated locations in U.S. - 5% travel.
