Serve as escalation point for complex and advanced troubleshooting activities that involve multiple stakeholders and deep root cause analyses to be resolved. Follow company guidelines and policies to integrate assigned segment into the vehicle, or to lead a group in doing so. Correlate with pertinent divisions post testing and simulation activities to understand the results and define next steps. Provide guidance to associates and contractors as needed.
