Design an optimized manufacturing process flow to meet customer product quality and delivery. Coordinate initiatives to increase throughput, reduce costs and improve performance in constrained areas. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods driving on quality, costs and yield improvement. Maintain and improve all equipment/processes related to efficiency, cycle times, capacity and capabilities. Participate in early NPI involvement & new capabilities readiness, quotation supporting for new product. Review FOL and demand with crew member in order to determine min-max calculation for all aspects of EDMs related to the Wave Solder Process. Establish robust, repeatable, and reproducible process parameters with the engineers and technicians. Help lead other engineering team members in designing new products that can be manufactured. Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.
