Flextronics International USA, Inc. seeks Program Manager in Austin, Texas: Coordinates with cross-functional team to achieve the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.). Leader for NPI projects from sketch to scale. Communicate to external customer and upper management for project status and day to day activities. Responsible for customer satisfaction and project profitability (P&L). Establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing the whole lifecycle of the project. Communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedule, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers, senior management, and consultants. Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring the program is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control. Maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables. Frequent interaction with customers and/or functional peer group managers. Assess root causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to make decisions and for problem solving.
