Requirements: Bachelor degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Finance, Business, Law, Criminal, or related field & 4 years experience in AML & Project Management (PM) in KYC-related topics; 3 years in KYC regulations & compliance: Extensive knowledge of US/French KYC regulations, policies, & procedures, & experience in implementing & streamlining X multi regions. EMEA, APAC, AMER regulations & compliance; Risk management & escalation resolution: Expertise in risk management, w/ the ability to identify & mitigate potential risks, & developing effective course of actions to resolve critical escalations; PM & process improvement: Leading cross-functional teams to streamline procedures, improve operational efficiency, & drive business growth through effective PM; Operational excellence and change management: Driving transformational change, process re-engineering, & change management to optimize operational workflows, minimize error rates, & enhance competitiveness. Provide expert guidance on KYC-related matters regarding French/US regulations; Global banking regulations & compliance: In-depth knowledge of global banking regulations, including AML & terrorist financing (TF) regulations (French regulations. Dual Regulatory oversight EU/US- complex dual regulatory framework knowledge. (Euro Central Bank & ACPR regulations); Client onboarding & due diligence: Overseeing analysis & validation of client KYC files, completeness, consistency, & adherence to predefined guidelines; "one Bank" approach knowledge for cross-division of Euro regions, APAC, EMEA & LATAM within bank's ecosystem; Knowledge of legal- legal entities, trusts, SPVs; Quality control & KPI reporting: Developing & implementing quality control procedures & creating KPI reports to measure performance & identify areas for improvement; Knowledge in IT development for tracker purposes (OnTrack, Business Power); Experience with secondary site approval control points.
