Originate project & structured fin deals in Latin America in the infrastructure, energy & renewables sectors w/ clients & prospects of the Bank; & negotiate deal terms.
Position requires a Bachelor degree (US or Foreign Equiv) in Business Admin, Management, Finance, or a related field & 6 years of experience in job offered or related role OR Master's degree (US or Foreign Equiv) in Business Admin, Management, Finance, or a related field & 4 years of experience in job offered or related role. Must have 6 years of experience (or 4 w/ Master's) w/ the following: Energy, Resources & Infrastructure Finance in Latin America OR in a related position responsible for Structured Finance deal execution w/ a focus on the Energy & Infrastructure sectors within Latin American markets (incl Chile, Colombia, & Mexico) within an international bank or international financial services company; Leading project finance deals in Latin America covering a broad spectrum of sectors, incl Renewables, Low Carbon projects, Digital Infrastructure, Sustainable Transportation, & midstream oil & gas; Managing various financial products & structures, incl bank loans, U.S. private placements, & acquisition financings; Structuring & negotiating financing documents, such as term sheets & credit agreements; Performing due diligence, rating processes w/ Moody's, Fitch, or S&P for Latin America transactions; & preparing internal credit memos & external marketing materials.); & Leveraging credit analysis, financial analysis, quant, & modeling skills incl developing & analyzing financial models in excel & use of VBA. *Telecommuting permitted 20% within normal commuting distance.
