ZT Group Int'l Inc. dba ZT Systems seeks a Senior Manufacturing Material Analyst in Secaucus, NJ.
Duties: Collect and analyze historical warranty service information, warranty tickets and warranty time frame to identify trends that will be used to estimate future product demand based on existing and future deployments to help plan inventory and seed stock by data center. Ensure the appropriate inventory is allocated to the ZT inventory stocking locations, as well as managing any problematic items. Act as Demand planner for EMEA/APAC region. Review seed stock requests and analyze data to allocate inventory to the data center. Audit existing data centers to ensure they have the needed seed stock. Review open RMA tickets that do not have inventory availability and elevate items if the items are problematic. Review what items need to be transferred weekly using the "hot list". Work with procurement on obtaining needed inventory based on demand plan. Work with PCR/Engineering on ensuring we have alternatives available before the item is EOL. Recommend LTB/Items to hold us over until an alternative is available. Improve fill rates/SLA and turns. Work with RMA team on any issues with inventory/resolving open tickets. Help conduct and audit physical counts that are done quarterly. 40 hours/week, $95,000 – $109,750 per year.
