Duties: Process internal and external orders. Communicate on the order status with Customer Operations, builds and shipments. Answer and respond to inquiries regarding placement of orders, adjustments, schedule, and shipment status. Review demand vs. supply to ensure a healthy supply plan. Prepare weekly open order reports and provide projected ship date. Review aging orders and close out with different stakeholders (Customer Operations, procurement, etc.). Follow up on all open orders until PGI (Post Goods Issue). Drive actions to recover in the fastest possible duration based on understanding of root causes for shortages.
