Teradyne, Inc. seeks Lead EMI and EMC Compliance Engineer in North Reading, MA.
• Lead day-to-day operations of the EMI and EMC testing laboratory, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Oversee and conduct EMI and EMC testing on automated test equipment to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
• Develop and implement testing procedures and protocols to meet customer requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams at all Teradyne engineering sites to provide guidance on EMI and EMC design considerations for new products and systems in all phases from concept to product release.
• Stay current with industry trends, standards, and regulations related to EMI and EMC testing.
• Prepare test plans and assist with setting systems up for testing in the on-site semi-anechoic chamber, EMC lab and/or at other Teradyne or third-party test sites.
• Troubleshoot test failures and recommend design changes as appropriate.
