Position requires JD, Master of Laws or foreign equivalent plus 3 years experience in offered position or related occupation. 1 year experience must include: Advising on finance transactions, including construction, bridge, and mid-term and long-term debt financings; Preparing financing documents, including term sheets, credit agreements, note purchase agreements, security documents, equity contribution agreements, direct agreements, depositary agreements, intercreditor agreements and commitment papers; Preparing corporate documents, including LLC agreements, resolutions, and officer certificates; Conduct due diligence and bankability reviews for power purchase, engineering, procurement, construction, operation, maintenance and equipment supply agreements; Preparing legal opinions in connection with financings, private placements and security interests.
Salary Range: $435,000/year.
