Project Engineer, Structure: Thornton Tomasetti, Inc. in NY, NY to assist in direction, coordination, planning, organization, integration, & completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility.
Requirements: Master's or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field & 4 years of experience in job offered or related occupation: utilizing experience with reinforced concrete analysis software for design of cast in place concrete footings, beams & walls, including using tools to design element size, depth, & reinforcing bar sizes & quantities. 2 years of experience must include: designing steel-framed structures including conventional floor framing, composite slabs on metal deck. Telecommuting and/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
