Business Analyst:
Create & refine requirements with a hired developer to build data extraction scripts & test out the scripts. Use scripts to frequently gather data from e-commerce websites such as Reverb, eBay etc. to analyze price trends & extrapolate metrics required to purchase items for the business and determine the ideal selling price. Work with a hired website developer to update features/changes to the existing business website & e-commerce shop pages. Manage the overall e-commerce operations of the business such as answering customer queries & negotiating final price based on margins set by the President. Capture purchase/sale transactions in the provided .xlsx file & communicate to the President.
Master's in business administration or closely related degree - 2 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's in business administration + 5 years of relevant experience. Competency with NetSuite Business Intelligence, PyCharm CE, Python, SQL Server, MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence, GoToMeeting, Shopify, Reverb, eBay, Google Apps (G-Sheets) and MS Excel through 2-5 years of work experience or through coursework and education.
