Position available at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company in Boston, MA. Salary Range: $190,642 - $191,000/yr. May telecommute up to 2 days per week.
Implement data strategies, build data flows, and develop conceptual solutions for our data management practice using Information Management systems such as Teradata, Vertica, Informatica, Oracle (Data Integrator or OBIEE), SSIS, or similar. Lead a team of experienced individuals and direct offsite developers. Provide technical leadership maintaining and developing Strategic Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). Provide technical leadership in our Gulfis Process to design and build our future state EDW. Provide technical & resource management leadership to front line staff. Help resolve issues and concerns with our Technology Platforms & Processes including sourcing data from on-prem & cloud data sources. Review technical designs from team members and provide guidance on delivery of projects. Help team conform to Software Development Lifecycle processes.
Req: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related plus ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation involving Information Management systems such as Teradata, Vertica, Informatica, Oracle (Data Integrator or OBIEE), SSIS, or similar. At least two (2) years of experience must involve leading development teams in Information management space/technologies.
