Lead Database Administration Engineer (New York, NY): Lead a global team of database platform engineers. Build relationships with stakeholders and develop an understanding of their needs. Develop database strategies and deliver solutions that drive business value. Develop and evangelize best practices for database development with portfolio management, business, and technology teams. Work with managing medium and large enterprise database platforms; SQL Server features, functionality, and performance optimization techniques; cloud database solutions, such as RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, RedShift, and Snowflake; data modeling; T-SQL; creating and tuning stored procedures, functions, and SSIS packages; reporting strategies and solutions, including SSRS, Power BI, and Tableau; building and enforcing standards around how data is modeled, managed, and protected; Python, PowerShell, or other scripting languages; Jira; Confluence; Git; Agile development practices; Windows and Linux server administration; and CI/CD platforms and automation of SDLC processes.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree + 5 years of experience. Salary Range: $220,000.00-$275,000.00/yr.
