Requirements experience with: Developing financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, & risk assessments; GAAP & IFRS; Prepare & reading financial statements; Investment & Capital Management; Optimizing capital structure, managing assets, & overseeing investment portfolios; M&A; Conducting due diligence, financial modeling, & corporate restructuring; Banking & Financial Services; Capital markets, lending, & risk management; Executive Decision-Making; Analyzing data to drive strategic business decisions; Excel (Advanced financial modeling), Power BI / Tableau, QuickBooks, PowerPoint, & Pitchbook. Bachelors or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance or related field & 7 years experience as Investment Banker, Statutory Auditor or related occupation. Completion of Series 79 & SIE Exams. Chartered Accountant qualification or passage of level 3 CPA. Travel 20% to NY, Philadelphia & other Domestic & International locations. Option to work from home hybrid. $750,000 to $1,200,000/year.
